With this merger, the medermis clinics group expands its existing range of services in Switzerland to include top-level vascular medicine. The three vascular centers, holding a market-leading position in the cantons of Aargau, Lucerne, and Zug as well as the Basel region, offer outstanding medical expertise in the integrated diagnosis and treatment of venous and arterial diseases with a combined team of 16 experienced angiologists, including a very high number of minimally invasive procedures. Patients receive comprehensive treatment for all core vascular medicine indications in state-of-the-art centers.

The partnership between the vascular centers and medermis clinics is focused on continuity: the owners of the three vascular centers will continue to lead both medically and entrepreneurially and, as co-shareholders, will work closely with medermis clinics to further advance the success of their centers of excellence.
