However, we use the terminology of the GDPR throughout. The terms 'personal data,' 'processing,' 'processor,' 'special categories of data,' and 'data portability' under the GDPR also refer to the terms 'personal data,' 'processing,' 'processor,' 'data transfer,' and 'particularly sensitive personal data' used in the DSG, where the DSG applies. The legal meaning of the terms is determined by the DSG in this case.

(2) The data will be used solely to answer your questions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in this privacy policy, the data will not be shared with third parties. Additionally, we collect your IP address and the time of submission. 

(3) The processing of the aforementioned personal data is solely for handling your inquiries. 

(4) This also represents our legitimate interest in processing your personal data. If you have given us consent for this, the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Otherwise, the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, especially if the data is provided by you through sending an email. If your email aims at concluding a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as an additional legal basis. 

(5) Subject to statutory retention periods, the data will be deleted once we have fully processed your inquiry. If you contact us by email, you can object to the storage of your personal data at any time. Please note that if you do so, your inquiry cannot be processed further.
