The "Diversity Charter e.V." stands for an open and diverse society. By signing it, we position ourselves against any ideology that threatens our democracy and promotes discrimination. 5,000 companies and institutions support the Charter, including the medermis clinics group. In doing so, we are committed to creating a respectful and unbiased working environment. We aim to convey the value of these important pillars of a democratic society to our employees through actions and communicate this externally as well.
