At medermis, 2026 will be all about growth, innovation and transformation. Following an extremely successful 2025, we are now focusing on the next big steps:
New horizons and further development
We want to further strengthen our presence within our ‘core regions’ in Germany and Switzerland through selective acquisitions. The main aim here is to further round off our ‘clusters’, as this will open up many local opportunities for cooperation and synergies.
We will also examine whether entering further European markets and/or developing additional related specialist areas (e.g. plastic surgery) could further strengthen our company.
In addition, we are constantly focusing on continuously expanding our range of services and integrating our services more closely in order to offer our patients and partners even more added value.
Digitalisation as a driver
Efficiency and scalability are crucial for us. That is why we rely on digital solutions in both the medical and administrative areas that simplify processes and enable data-based decisions – for sustainable further development at all locations. At the core of this is our patients, who should have a seamless ‘patient journey’ supported by digital tools in addition to perfect medical care.
Strengthening our brand and community
Our brand should clearly and consistently represent what defines us: quality, trust and innovative strength. At the same time, we want to modernise our communication and make it digital in order to reach both patients and future employees in the best possible way. In this context, we will also structure our group's training and continuing education offerings and bundle them in the ‘medermis Academy’.
