Hautwerk AG (Zurich) and the Medermis Clinics Group have joined forces. The establishment of this strategic partnership was recently announced by Dr. Bettina Rümmelein (Hautwerk AG) and Dr. Ulrich Mauerer (Medermis Clinics GmbH). The partnership was implemented through the acquisition of a majority stake in Hautwerk AG by the Medermis Clinics Group.
Hautwerk AG is one of the largest specialist clinics for dermatology and laser medicine in German-speaking Switzerland, with an affiliated academy for laser medicine.
